Sekoya, our carbon & climate industrial club

To help reduce the environmental footprint of the construction industry, Eiffage teamed up with Impulse Partners in 2019 to launch the carbon-climate industrial Sekoya club. Its mission is to accelerate the implementation of sustainable and innovative solutions in the projects of its partners.

An industrial club to envision the future of the construction sector

Designed in partnership with Impulse Partners, a specialist in construction innovation, the Sekoya Club brings together private sector players (Covivio, Lited, Legrand, Rexel, Vicat, SMABTP), public sector organizations (Union sociale pour l'habitat), as well as institutional and academic partners (CEEBIOS, CSTB).

The objectives are multiple:

  • Facilitate the identification of sustainable and innovative solutions (both new and existing)
  • Encourage interactions among all players in urban and infrastructure development
  • Develop strong partnership relations
  • Enable partners—start-ups, SMEs, large companies, suppliers, and committed financial institutions—to promote and co-create solutions with a positive environmental impact

Impulse Partners, an incubator specialising in construction innovation

Impulse Partners helps its partners adapt to the changes in their sector by facilitating access to a skilled landscape of innovative startups from France and beyond. Thanks to this relationship with these disruptive pioneers, companies can develop and ramp up their strategies for innovation.

Themed calls for solutions

As part of Sekoya, themed calls for solutions, technically formulated by Eiffage and its partners, are launched annually to SMEs and start-ups.

The proposed technical solutions:

  • Undergo a technical review and multi-partner selection process
  • Are showcased on the Carbon & Climate platform
  • Are integrated, whenever possible, into Eiffage’s and its partners’ bids for tenders
